InPsych Mind was founded by Dr Arshia Choudhury, a Senior Clinical Psychologist working in an inner-London NHS CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) service. Arshia is the Neurodevelopmental Team Lead at CAMHS and has clinical experience across several settings, including adult mental health, dementia, older adult mental health, emotional disorders teams, and young people's transitions teams. She routinely conducts autism, ADHD, and cognitive assessments, alongside providing therapy for depression and anxiety.

Arshia is very passionate about advocating for individuals with autism and ADHD and working with strengths-based approaches.

Alongside her clinical career, Arshia is also an academic and lecturer at University of London, with varied research interests. These include adolescent depression, reflective parenting, leadership in clinical psychology, and crimes against women.
